The annual Time magazine 100 Most influential people has been announced and celebs such as Kanye West, Bradley Cooper, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Ballet dancer Misty Copeland, and Journalist Jorge Ramos make the cover of the most anticipated issue. Time has made it clear that entrants are recognized for changing the world, regardless of the consequences of their actions. The final list of influential individuals are exclusively chosen by Time editors with nominations coming from the TIME 100 alumni and the magazine's international writing staff. The issue would be on newsstands on April 27th.
