A Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's and the Single mothers who have taken on both roles. If your Dad has never been in your life or if you are not in good terms like some of us, please let go & Forgive. That energy can go into something much more positive & productive that will enhance your life. Be the bigger person, pick up the phone, text or email and wish them a Blessed Father's Day if you can contact them. Release yourself from the burden of hurt & sorrow. I did this morning and I feel so much better, thank God. It's like I lost 50 Ibs:-)
