Check out Contemporary Artist Jeff Koons lovely 'Seated Ballerina' Installation @ Rockefeller Center in NYC

If you are in New York City you have got to check out this great piece of art by Contemporary Artist Jeff Koons, famous for making outstanding inflatable pieces.  'Seated Ballerina' is a 45-foot inflatable sculpture seating in the heart of New York's landmark Rockefeller Center in Midtown.  According to the Artist, his inspiration is from his ‘Antiquity’ series -  the aspect of using consciousness in making connections. He believes that the more connections something makes, the more it imitates life itself.  The installation seeks to raise awareness for the National Missing Children Month which is this May and The International Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Koons says,  “I hope the installation of Seated Ballerina offers a sense of affirmation and excitement to the viewer to reach their potential. The aspect of reflectivity emulates life’s energy; it’s about contemplation and what it means to be a human being. It’s a very hopeful piece.”
Seated Ballerina will be on display until June 2nd, 2017.
