What a touching poem… See link for audio version. Every minute or second that passes there is a little girl out there who may never see her family or may have been exposed to despicable things.... Lets continue to create awareness about the 230 school girls who were kidnapped from their dorm rooms by terrorists (Boko Haram) in Nigeria on April 16th. So far, Nigeria would be getting Intelligence help/Aid/Assistance from the U.S and London in finding these girls & figthing terrorism. The local terrorist group Boko Haram has claimed responsibility for this heinous act. Lets keep the families in our prayers.

Us the gentle souls
whose wombs bear scars
not erased by time
Us whose hearts militants brutalize,
death they sow recklessly
our future they take liberties to destroy
time stands still
deeper each day that passes
the void erupts ...
to this gnawing, mad-like disbelief
silent clouds hover on the sad empty chair
like vultures in wait
as we watch the dinner grow cold
again, tonight.
