Alexander McQueen - Fall 2015 Ready-To-Wear #PFW

Since his sudden death in 2010, British Designer Alexander McQueen left a legacy for his lavish, unconventional runway shows  and a reputation for controversy and shock tactics earning him the title "l'enfant terrible" or "the hooligan of English fashion" #Supercute.  The silhouettes that he created have been credited for adding a sense of fantasy and rebellion to fashion.  After his sudden death McQueen's long-time assistant Sarah Burton was named the new creative director.  By the way she designed Kate Middleton's wedding dress for her wedding to Prince William, Duke of Cambridge in April 2011.  On assuming responsibility for her new role she states "I love beauty, craftsmanship, storytelling and romance, and I probably don’t have the armor to survive the relentless competition that exists in this particular world. But I have my own toughness.”-NY Times.  This is eminent in her craft check out my fav's from the Fall 15 RTW collection, a very talented lady indeed.
