Shoe Lust - Daniele Michetti Jubei fringed suede Chelsea boots

I know its still summer but these boots are so funky I will definitely rock in the summer with something short.  They have limited sizes at Net-A-Porter.com and yes it's a splurge but they are CUTE:-)  $965.
