Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2026 RTW: Nicolas Ghesquière’s Intimate Take on Luxury

Paris Fashion Week, runs from September 29th to October 7th, 2025, marked the final stop on the ‘big four’ circuit, closing out the Spring/Summer 2026 RTW season with its own highly anticipated debuts. Founded in 1854 as a Parisian trunk maker, Louis Vuitton has grown into one of the world’s most recognizable luxury houses. Its iconic monogram and impeccable craftsmanship reflect a seamless blend of heritage and innovation. Since 2013, Nicolas Ghesquière has guided the women’s collections, infusing the Maison with his futuristic sensibility and architectural approach while honoring its timeless codes of travel and elegance.

For Spring/Summer 2026, Nicolas Ghesquière took Louis Vuitton in an intimate, home-inspired direction, presenting a collection that feels like luxury dressing for real life. Set within the serene surroundings of the Louvre’s historic apartments, the runway showcased soft knits, pajama-style trousers, robe-like coats, and slipper-like shoes, pieces that blur the line between comfort and elegance. Ghesquière combined hints of 1940s Hollywood glamour with modern, relaxed silhouettes, creating a wardrobe that celebrates ease, refinement, and personal expression. While the collection leaned into quiet sophistication rather than spectacle, it reinforced Vuitton’s ability to make everyday luxury feel effortlessly aspirational. The accessories also added to the collection’s sense of effortless luxury. 46 looks, these are my fav's.
